We create all of our fashion products (including tops and lingerie) individually and on demand. For that reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a confirmed defect or damage.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at: clair1fashion@gmail.com.
In your message, please include:

A clear photo showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once we verify the issue, you may choose between:

A replacement item
Or

A store credit valid for future purchases on our website.
Please note, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We do not issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size, color, or product ordered by the customer

Delays in shipping that are outside of our control

Lost items not reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date
Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
3. Store Credit Policy
If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a store credit (in the form of a discount code) that can be used for future purchases.
Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
4. Final Decision
All return and refund requests are subject to our review. We reserve the right to decline a request that does not meet our policy requirements.
