SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines important information about order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.

 1. Processing & Fulfillment

All items are made and packaged upon order. Our fulfillment is handled through reliable logistics and production partners in various locations, primarily within the United States. Some items may occasionally ship from additional international facilities, depending on product availability.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within **2–7 business days** from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to supply chain issues.

 2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once fulfilled, orders are shipped via standard tracked shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- **U.S. deliveries:** 3–10 business days  
- **Canada:** 5–14 business days  
- **Other international locations:** 10–30 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are **estimated** and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. In rare cases, certain items may take up to **30 days or more** to arrive.
 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and applicable shipping method. Any taxes, customs duties, or import fees incurred during international delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Delivery Concerns

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses  
- Missed deliveries or failed attempts by the courier  
- Postal service disruptions  
- Delays caused by customs inspections

If your order is marked as “delivered” but has not arrived, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly. We are happy to assist you where possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within **7 days** of the estimated delivery date.

To assist you effectively, please include:

- Your order number  
- A clear description of the issue  
- Photos (in case of damage)

We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
 

7. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all products are made to order. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within **7 days** and we will make it right.
